Valuation of Industrial Buildings – Production Areas in Greece
Industrial buildings are valuated by applying all three basic methods of valuation. The majority of buildings in this category have been built through self-funding and quite often they satisfy specific requirements. Also, it should be noted that after the first Development Law of 1982, a number of these buildings have been subsidized and this fact is made a part of the valuation of their market. Today, under the current Development Law, there is still a subsidy in Greece for industrial development and PPO is continuously monitoring the changes and their effects in investment values.
