Sale/Disposition of properties in Greece

It is the last phase in the life-cycle of a building. This phase includes wrap up of the sale or, in other words, disposition of the building, the procedures are finalized and the final payments are made to the investor. This phase also includes an appraisal of the reasonable commercial value which is used as a basis for the determination of the asking sales price, all leases and contracts are prepared and signed and all the remaining required administrative actions are completed.
